It is possible that disputes regarding execution of the judgment are raised, for instance with respect to the transfer of shares or with respect to the payment of consideration. Such disputes can be resolved by the court that delivered the judgment in first instance or, if the judgment is appealed, by the OK.1Each of the parties involved may request the applicable court to consider the dispute. No appeal is open for a judgment regarding resolution of execution issues. I approve of this rule as it speeds up the transfer process.
