The development of CSR is aimed at creating a stable balance between
(i) environmental protection (original scenery and biodiversity), prevention of depletion of natural resources and tackling global environmental problems such as climate change and environmental pollution (Planet), (ii) ensuring a decent working environment, observance of human rights and the fight against child labour, slavery and corruption (People), and (iii) profit targets of businesses (Profit).
