Art. 7:835 DCC expressly regards the situation that a BV is converted into an OVR. As follows from Art. 7:836 paragraph 1 DCC, the CVR is a species of the OVR. Therefore, the rules regarding the appraisal right in case of conversion of a BV into an OVR also apply in the situation that a BV is converted into a CVR. A similar stance is expressly taken in the legislative history of the sections concerning the CVR.1 When reference is made to the OVR in this study, this includes the CVR as well.
