Two years later, in 2010, the most recent Swedish Code of Corporate Governance was established. With regard to a number of items the code was amended, but the majority of the rules have not changed compared to the SCCG 2008. The details about the rules with respect to independence are addressed in the next section about the Swedish legal analysis.
