The participating banks committed to “accommodate the remuneration of senior management to the applicable Union rules and to the criteria laid down in the Commission Recommendation of 30 April 2009, on the remuneration policies in the financial services sector”.

The recitals mentioned in the tables refer to the recitals of the decisions in which the original schemes1 were approved by the Commission. The symbol “-” indicates that the behavioural restriction was not mentioned in the decision.
