If the structure regime does not apply, section 2: 144 DCC states that a supervisory board member may be suspended and removed by the corporate body that has the power of appointment. The bodies that appoint the supervisory board are described in the previous subsection, but the general meeting is mainly responsible for the appointment of the supervisory board (Maeijer et al. 2009: 510).
