In the same judgment the consideration for the shares is determined, the court orders the claimant to transfer the shares (Art. 2:343 paragraph 5 DCC). On the basis of Art. 2:343a paragraph 1 DCC, the court orders the defendants to provide consideration for the shares to be transferred. The fact that a defendant does not have enough funds to provide consideration does not affect the validity of the order to provide consideration.1
