COTED shall adopt appropriate measures for the promotion and export of goods and services.
2.
In the implementation of measures to promote exports, COTED shall give consideration to:
- (a)
the establishment and maintenance of effective trade information systems and services;
- (b)
the design and implementation of trade facilitation programmes including the conduct of market research and the organisation of trade missions;
- (c)
the co-ordination and support of the active participation of the Member States in international trade promotion fora, including trade fairs and exhibitions.
