It is recommended that:

judicial education and in-service training of judges place more emphasis on biases and their effects on judicial decision-making (par. 4.4.1 and par. 5.6.2);

2.

judicial education and in-service training of judges place more emphasis on scientific theories surrounding fact-finding (par. 4.4.1 and par. 5.6.2).
