Climate change and the reorientation towards sustainability create new opportunities, but also new risks. As financial supervisors tend to focus on risks, a further exploration of these risks seems appropriate. In this paragraph the following climate-related risks are addressed: physical risks (5.2.1), transition risks (5.2.2), liability risks (5.2.3) and reputational risks (5.2.4).
